A magnetic grid is a simple separator used to separate ferromagnetic particles from free-flowing materials. The basic element of the magnetic grid is the magnetic bushing (made of stainless steel). As bulk powder material passes through the magnetic sleeve, a very strong magnetic field (generated by a neodymium iron boron magnet inside the tube) traps all metal particles on the grid surface.
Use:
Installed or simply placed in stockers, drawer boxes, hoppers, etc., it is used to capture and remove iron filings, iron flakes and other metal substances. Special mention needs to be made for applications with high wear materials.
Features:
1. The material of the shelf and pipes is 304 or 316L stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant and pollution-free.
2. The standard magnetic stand consists of a metal frame and 25mm diameter magnetic rods arranged at a center distance of 50mm, and then screwed and assembled or welded. The arrangement spacing of the magnets will also be adjusted according to the raw materials.
3. In addition to full circumference welding, we can also manufacture bar magnets according to your requirements, such as full circumference welding, countersunk head screw fixing or plug-in type.
4. The surface can be polished to meet food or pharmaceutical grade requirements.
5. The standard working temperature is ≤80℃. Under special requirements, the maximum working temperature can reach 350℃.
6. Ordinary type, easy-to-clean type, type with guide rod or guide plate, square, round and other special specifications required by customers can be provided.
