Quick interface pipeline type liquid magnetic traps

The pipeline-type liquid magnetic separator with quick interface joint has good sealing and is easy to install. It consists of two parts: non-magnetic pipeline and permanent magnet. It is specially used to remove iron from non-magnetic materials in closed pipelines. The inside of the magnetic separator uses high-performance rare earth. Strong magnetic materials form a composite magnetic system.

Use:

Liquid pipeline magnetic separator, also called magnetic fluid magnetic separator or magnetic fluid filter, is used in fluid materials with different viscosities such as fluids and semi-fluids to remove iron impurities and other ferromagnetic particles to keep the materials clean and at the same time to protect downstream production equipment. The use of rubber gaskets and special-shaped inlet and outlet designs for connecting pipes can form a good seal, saving installation time and costs.
